This, of course, on behalf of the vaunted "economic recovery" eternal argument of the PSOE government is not concealing anything other than trying to return to ride the wave of wild speculation and corporate profits unlimited but in the meantime, any businessman or banker losing money, despite to be themselves directly responsible for the crisis.

Since the CNT
understand that the demobilization of workers is not purely a coincidence, not only led the intoxicating work of the media, but also meets structural causes: When the sorting method in companies spend a majority followed by a trade union model of representation (the one set in the ET and LOLS, which puts its weight on union elections, staff representatives and works councils), a model in which strongly protects against the threat of dismissal to a distinct minority of each template (which is chosen as a representative only) leaving the rest at greater exposure to the problem of unemployment, it is logical that other workers prefer not to move, because who do not enjoy the same protection, and natural way to store left to the minority all matters concerning their working conditions. Since the CNT, on the contrary, we understand that stop this cascade of cuts can not be found in the votes but in the conversion of labor militancy in a majority phenomenon within firms: all we're seeing, the only way to get achievements, or at least slow kicks, passes the struggle and the direct involvement of most of those affected, never backward.
Nobody says this is easy to carry out, or that success is guaranteed, but the fact is that since we can not continue, it's like to be come so far. And that's where the CNT has a clear alternative to offer an alternative that dispenses privileges of any kind and which places all its weight and its capacity for action whom conducted: the alternative of association as an organizing tool section on the cliffs. Both in the recent past and present, we have seen many layoffs and sanctions that responded to retaliate against workers mobilized to become zero, we have even seen companies sit down to negotiate the granting of the guarantee of work (ie, the extent of protection from dismissal to all employees) or other improvements, all the result of well planned industrial action and developed, always under the maxim that trade unionism can not be something alien to the working class, and can not therefore supported by privileges. We have seen successes throughout the English State, like Flightcare strike in El Prat Airport, where the company has been frustrated in their attempts to outlaw strikes called by the CNT, and now witnessing a new strike called also for the CNT in the company AUSSA precisely claiming among other things, the withdrawal of a Record of Temporary Employment Regulation and the granting of the guarantee employment. We have seen how companies gauge Eulen have been forced to change the agreement that had been applying to their workers in a whole other city with notable improvements over the earlier, or how a long list of companies have been forced to change its policy recruitment, remedy or illegal transfers workers ... always with the model proposed by the CNT trade union as a common denominator, and all this only in the last year: the union model, as we said, say yes to the participation of all concerned with their problems through the local union and the same reason to say no to the committees, the model that says no to subsidies and trading fees, because it seeks economic independence in order to defend workers' interests only and not due to anyone else.
For all these reasons, we close this press release as we begin: today more than ever necessary unity of action of all those who reject the covenant social, but also is more necessary than ever the self-critical review of the union model that has led to all workers in this impasse.
