Criminalize Femicide as a felony, with penalties of 40 to 70 years in prison, and 700 to five thousand days fine when there is gender violence, are part of the reforms adopted unanimously LVII Legislature of the State Mexico, which aims to ensure access to justice and prescribe for a criminal investigation with a gender perspective.
